AJISEN RAMEN NEW YORK WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2001.

Founded in 1968 by Mr. Takaharu Shigemitsu in Kumamoto, Japan, Ajisen Ramen expanded globally in 1996, opening its first New York City store in 2001.

Today, with over 700 branches worldwide, including locations in Japan, Australia, Canada, and more, we're a leading name in ramen.
